Less than nine months after his displacement in Cr mieu, XAVIER BERTRAND, Former minister, general secretary de l' UMP, deputy de l' Aisne, deputy mayor de Saint-Quentin, was back on lands is roises on Friday, November 6th, 2009. Having visited the big workshops in Villefontaine accompanied with GEORGES COLOMBIER, Deputy of the 7th district of Is re, he met the parliamentarians and the delegates of district of the federation UMP 38 to Meyrieu Les Etangs. At this occasion, the departmental ruling team introduced all the actions crossed since its catch of responsibilities in January, 2009, notably the current campaign to report the increase of the local taxes in Grenoble and to Bourgoin-Jallieu. Then a debate got involved on the future operations of Popular Movement to be driven on the scale of the department.

XAVIER BERTRAND then expressed himself owing about 400 persons united in the room of holidays of Meyrieu Les Etangs where he reminded of the big and necessary reforms led up to now by the President of the Republic, Nicolas Sarkozy, and the government of Fran ois Fillon. The general secretary de l' UMP moreover brought a message of support of MICHEL SAVIN, departmental President of the UMP 38 as well as FREDERICA PUISSAT, departmental Secretary of the UMP 38, for their job of reconquest and their action of ground.

Slightly later in party in Saint-Jean-de-Bournay, 700 guests, followers and sympathizers, from the district of GEORGES COLOMBIER participated in a dinner dance.

XAVIER BERTRAND EST CONVAINCANT SAUF LORSQU HE SPEAKS ABOUT SECURITY, PRIORITY. IT IS A PITY THAT HE HAD NO TIME TO VISIT THE VERY CLOSE POLICE STATION OF BOURGOIN JALLIEU TO REALISE THAT THIS LAST LACK CRUELLY OF MEANS AND CIVIL SERVANTS. ATTENTION, AT A TIME OF REGIONAL ELECTIONS, ALL VOICES COUNT ..

It is me even who questioned XAVIER BERTRAND about cover fires for least than 13 years.

For my part covers him fires a good idea is we are going to be able to struggle against kidnapping of children. The creation of a school to give a sense of responsibility to the parents in every department is also a good idea.

We'll cross that bridge when we come to it. The hour is not in choice by a local stable but in the reconstitution of networks and of mesh size campaigning in Grenoble.

But if they cut question fast of the WHO, it would be finally possible to lean over WHY.

Otherwise the time is going to pass, and the quarrels of legitimacy in the last straight line will be started again. And defeat will be still connaitra.
