The President of the Republic launched the big debate of the reform of local authorities to give to France the territorial organisation which it deserves. A modern, flexible, efficient and thrifty organisation.
Popular Movement very widely participated in this debate by organising this day more than 80 meetings in its departmental federations and by formulating proposals. To allow every follower of popular Movement to express itself about this major reform, the national seat of UMP wanted to throw a large consultation which will take place by Internet from Wednesday, December 16th, 2009 till 10 am in Sunday, January 24th, 2010 at 6 pm.
To participate in it, you only have to be connected on the Website of UMP (), to take in your follower's number, then to point out the zip code of your village of residence. If you do not have an access to Internet, you can go to the departmental permanence of UMP 38 from Monday, January 4th, 2010 at 2 pm to vote.
