Less than nine months after his displacement in Cr mieu, XAVIER BERTRAND, Former minister, general secretary de l' UMP, deputy de l' Aisne, deputy mayor de Saint-Quentin, was back on lands is roises on Friday, November 6th, 2009. Having visited the big workshops in Villefontaine accompanied with GEORGES COLOMBIER, Deputy of the 7th district of Is re, he met the parliamentarians and the delegates of district of the federation UMP 38 to Meyrieu Les Etangs.
