Meeting-aperitif in the presence of EDWARD COURTIAL and of CHARLOTTE BOUVARD
Yesterday evening, the members of the Офис of the departmental Committee as well as the volunteers of Popular Movement welcomed warmly in the departmental permanence of UMP38, EDWARD COURTIAL, national Secretary of the UMP charged with departmental federations and CHARLOTTE BOUVARD, national Secretary of the UMP charged with small childhood.
CHARLOTTE BOUVARD held a meeting at first with the members of the working party " Famille " led by Catherine OF TEA.
In second time, EDWARD COURTIAL, D put de l' Oise, itemised during a meeting-aperitif the measures of the plan of revival of Nicolas Sarkozy and of the government of Fran ois Fillon. He moreover explained foundations and factors of the financial, economic and social crisis which we live currently. Finally, MICHEL SAVIN, president de l' UMP38, displayed from his part stakes of the next European elections of June 7th, 2009 and reasserted the importance to rally for these polls.

Grenoble on the black book of the cities of left
The cities of left on bad book! The leaders of opposition of 14 bigger cities of France unite to report in a book the drift of the management of the cities of left.
The black Book of the cities of left reveals the disconnectedness of the management of municipalities notably in taxation. The elected representatives UMP so pointed at the increase of taxes in the majority of the cities managed by the left.

Campaign of information on the increases in local taxes and against the abolition of the "Emerald" card
Mobilisation counters the abolition of the Emerald card on the markets of Grenoble
On Saturday morning, a distribution of pamphlets was organised by the federation UMP of Is re on the markets of Grenoble to report:
- the abolition of the "Emerald" card by the socialist majority in SMTC (Mixed Labour union of Public transport) for the access to the old persons in public transport;
- the detachment of the general Council of Is re on the policy of maintaining at home old persons which is going to penalise the most dependent of them and leads to an increase in rates;
While at the same time, the increase of the local taxation grows strongly:
- + 9 % on the council taxe and land in Grenoble voted by the majority PS-PCF-MODEM in the city of Grenoble;
- + 15 % on TEOM (Tax of Kidnapping of the Domestic Garbage) voted by the majority PS-PCF in Underground, the community of agglomeration of Grenoble;
- creation by Underground of a new tax on household at the level of 10 million euro;

The lack of ambition of the general Council raised by UMP IS RE
The report on the reform of housing policy in general Council allowed to MICHEL SAVIN, in the name of the group UMP, to underline the complete absence of ambition of the department on problems which touch a very big number of is rois. With job, the accommodation is a domain on which groups have to act first and foremost.
MICHEL SAVIN was of benefit there to put in honour the policy of the government in this domain, government which comes from other places to accentuate its assistant to the production of accommodation. In the same impetus, some intercommunalit s (as agglomeration of Grenoble) reinforce their participation towards villages and lessors. And yet the general Council, chaired by the socialist Andr VALLINI, made the choice not to bring some change in help criteria which date of 2003.
As reminded of him MICHEL SAVIN in his intervention, since 2003, the price of the land and the price of the building suffered important increases, what accentuates the difficulty in producing accommodation of. For some months, financial, economic and today social crisis make us bring concrete answers to a number more and more mattering from families in search of an accommodation adapted to their resources.
