It is with a huge sadness that I learnt the decease of Paul DE BELVAL, Ancient mayor de Ruy-Montceau, and who was general Adviser of the canton of Bourgoin-Jallieu Nord until 2008. Gaullist and man of conviction, he put his political career in the service of the development of his village, of his canton and of the interests of his fellow citizens.

I had the chance during several years to assemble in its sides in the general Council of Is re. It is a near elected representative who showed a complete devotion for the territory of Bourbre. He will leave the memory of a honest man, full of energy and bearer of plans for his village many achievements of which make the pride of his inhabitants.
