On the initiative of UMP 38, a simultaneous campaign of collage and of tractage was organised on Saturday, October 24th, 2009 to report the increase of the local taxes in Grenoble, at the time when the taxpayers accept their leaf of taxation. That's how members of the departmental Офис of UMP 38 accompanying of Town councillors of opposition and of activists went to the meeting of the of Grenoble on markets. A similar operation led on Saturday, April 4th, 2009 by the departmental federation of Popular Movement had been a true success and approved by a large majority by the inhabitants of Grenoble.

On Saturday, October 10th, 2009 the annual departmental holiday of return of UMP 38 in Varces took place. The first one left of this forte was dedicated to a debate on the reform of regions with a measure of autonomy around AXEL PONIATOWSKI, additional General secretary of the UMP, Deputy - mayor de l' Isle-Adam (Valley - Of Oise), President of the committee on Foreign Affairs of the National Assembly, and of PHILIPPE COCHET, departmental President of the UMP 69, national Secretary of the UMP charged with big metropolises and with the policy of the city, Deputy - mayor de Caluire-et-Cuire (Rh ne) and in the presence of frames and elected representatives of the Popular Movement the deputies, Alain MOYNE-BRESSAND, Georges COLOMBIER and the senators, Jean FAURE, Bernard SAUGEY of which notably the parliamentarians is rois () as well as MICHEL SAVIN, departmental President of the UMP 38 and FREDERICA PUISSAT, departmental Secretary of the UMP 38.

Near regional elections, the departmental Committee of UMP 38 unites on Friday, September 25th, 2009 in C te-Saint-Andr had to acquaint themselves with last elements of the progress of the campaign, of the calendar and of the political strategy adopted by the leader of Popular Movement in Rh ne-Alps. Further to nomination by the Political bureau of the national seat of FREDERICA PUISSAT in the post of departmental Secretary, it was moreover up to the members of the "Parliament" of the federation of UMP 38 to ratify this decision, in accordance with the statutes of Popular Movement.
The agenda of the session of the departmental Committee of Friday, September 25th, 2009 called to the ratification of the nomination of FREDERICA PUISSAT to the post of departmental Secretary, to the preparation of regional elections of 2010 and Cantonal of 2011 and finally to the organisation of the departmental holiday of return.
