The future belongs to youth . Number of politicians employed and abused this expression. The presidential majority decided to give body to this idea through a founder speech pronounced by the president of the Republic, Nicolas Sarkozy, on September 29th, 2009 in Avignon. It is a true plan for youth which is offered to the young people of our country so that, tomorrow, they have in hand the keys of their success.
